One of the biggest complaints of the Silencerco Maxim 9 integral suppressed pistols is the trigger. At Modern Weapon Systems we love to make great products better, we spend a lot of time with a few simple changes to make the Maxim 9 trigger shine.  Our Silencerco Maxim 9 Enhanced Trigger kit ™ contains - 3 springs, which work with all tested ammo 100%, installing both regular springs brings the trigger down to a sweet  4lb 11oz pull, for harder primers we may have not tested install the red spring to guarantee 100% ignition if you have an issue at 5lb 3oz pull. Still a huge drop over stock. The additional tiny spring replaces the trigger safety spring and removes the horrible trigger safety hang-up issue for good.

**We recommend all trigger kits be installed by a gunsmith.
 
**All kits are assembled, checked and sealed in plastic before putting in shipping bins, when items are packaged all kits are again checked for all parts before sealing in shipping envelope, if you lose the small spring we do not have extra parts to ship you. You will have to buy another kit to obtain that spring as it is half the cost of the kit to make each unit.
 
***We have had reports of late that later model Maxim 9's are severely out of spec in the bolt and firing pin, barrel and or frames, this may cause our kit to not function in some cases. This not a fault of our kit, but a issue with machine tolerance from the manufacturer in these reported replaced parts from customers with these issues. Generally these guns will exhibit issues with light primer strikes in stock form, thus our kit will only make things worse until fixed. SilencerCo is well aware of the issues with tolerances being off and has repaired several guns for customers who have brought their concerns to their attention, once fixed our kits will work properly after repairs were made.

    maxim trigger kit fix my gun

    The Maxim 9 trigger from the factory just sucks so damn bad it is not even funny. I saw this on Capitol Armory instagram post so I said hell for 24.99 lets get one. Put it in and was like finally everything I hate about this gun is now perfect. dropped my trigger to just over 4lb works with my s&b ammo and american eagle perfect with the lightest springs!!
