SILENCER SHOP KIOSK SYSTEM
We have on site, a SilencerShop Kiosk system which allows on site finger prints in store a painless system which is approved by the ATF to be used for collection of your information and complete transfer through Silencer Shop with no transfer fees, as we have an agreement with Silencershop and earn a commission when you buy there. Transfer times using the Silencer Shop Kiosk speeds up the processing time to get a NFA form 4 approval (current times 1 week) but can take (if you get delays when buying guns you may see up to 6 months). Once in the system you can purchase anytime in store or on our SilencerShop Dealer storefront and move directly to submitting your Form 4 within a a week after setup with a few interactions. You can also browse inventory through our SilencerShop dealer storefront here-> MWS SilencerShop Store Front and can purchase your favorite silencer we may not even have in stock, and do the whole process including the Form 4 direct with SilencerShop to be delivered direct to the store within a few days awaiting your From 4 approval.

BUYING A SILENCER / SUPPRESSOR

Transfer times using the Silencer Shop Kiosk is supposed to speed up the processing time to get a NFA form 4 approval. Once in the system you can purchase anytime and move directly to submitting your Form 4 within a few days with a few email interactions and a visit to our store front. You can also browse inventory through our Silencer Shop dealer storefront here-> MWS SilencerShop Store Front and can purchase your favorite silencer, we may not even have in stock and do the whole process including the Form 4 direct with Silencer Shop to be delivered direct to the store within a few days awaiting your From 4 approval. BUYING A SHORT BARREL RIFLE / SHORT BARRELED SHOTGUNS
Short Barreled Rifle or "SBR" or Short Barreled Shotgun or "SBS", We tend to keep on hand several at all times. While inventory can changed be assured we do our best to have a few in stock or they can be ordered in in a few days for submission of your Form 4 through our Silencer Shop Kiosk system. BUYING A MACHINE GUN
Machine Gun or "LMG" "SMG" We do not keep in Stock any Pre 1986 registered Machine Guns in stock but we can certainly help you find what you are looking for in a fun piece or a possible investment piece. Machine guns require a $200.00 tax stamp and approved From 4 to obtain. (if you are able to pass a standard 4473 background check you should pass the Form 4 background check)

BUYING A AOW
All Other Weapon or "AOW" is any weapon like the following, a pistol or pistol shotgun with vertical handgrip, pen gun, cane gun, etc. AOW weapons require a $5.00 tax stamp and approved From 4 to obtain. (if you are able to pass a standard 4473 background check you should pass the Form 4 background check)

TRANSFER OF NFA ITEMS
Modern Weapon Systems specializes in transfer of NFA items, we stock a large selection of Silencer / Suppressors, Short Barrel rifles and Short Barreled Shotguns at all times. We use the latest technology to make transfer of your next NFA item very fast and easy for you. For Suppressor / Silencers, Short Barreled Rifle, Short Barreled Shotgun and Machine Guns the NFA branch charges $200.00 per item as a Tax Stamp. For the transfer of an AOW the the NFA branch charges $5.00 per item as a Tax Stamp. This tax is due before the application of a form 4 is submitted, once submitted the time for approval can take up to 6 months for and individual and 12 months for a trust (as of 2024 wait times are much lower sometimes in 1 week). Make sure next time you are looking purchase a NFA item you visit us, no worrying if your transfer is going to get done, or you will get your item quickly. We never mess around and waste your time, we understand how important the purchase of one of these items is and the wait time sucks enough. NFA Transfer fees are as follows for incoming 3rd party purchased items, Machine Guns $200.00 / AOW $100.00 / Silencers $100.00 / SBS - SBR $100.00 - plus all require a $50.00 Kiosk service fee.
